This stuff only seems to happen in Florida.  This Florida fisherman caught a cocaine brick while deep sea fishing.  Mark Quartiano, who is known as “Mark the Shark,” was fishing off the coast of Miami on Wednesday when he reeled in a submerged package covered in barnacles. To his surprise, the catch was a brick, or kilogram, of cocaine.
