Skeleton of a man who ‘locked himself in a jail cell by mistake 10 years ago’ is found

Skeletal remains found in a building which was a former police HQ could be from a homeless man who locked himself in a cell by mistake 10 years ago.

The body of the man was found in the abandoned building in Paterson, New Jersey, which has been vacant since it was boarded up 35 years ago after a fire.

The discovery came during an inspection of the building, which is owned by the Greenbaum family, who are selling it to a developer. Read more
