A Michigan judge helped restrain an unhappy and uncooperative defendant in his courtroom this morning and joined in a courtroom scuffle to help takedown and handcuff the Defendant while telling the courtroom officer to: “Tase his ass right now!”

Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain gave the order to a court officer as he removed his robe and walked toward defendant Jacob Larson, who clearly agitated the judge by repeatedly interrupting him during a hearing about a personal protection order violation in December.
