Judge Caught Vaping his Way through High Profile Murder Trial

He’s the other Brooklyn Ripper.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Vincent Del Giudice routinely sneaks rips from a vape pen as he presides over cases — including the ongoing murder trial of accused “Brooklyn Ripper” Daniel St. Hubert, The Post has learned.

“Everybody knows about it, but nobody says anything,” said one court worker.

The Post observed Del Giudice casually drawing from the e-cig all this week while St. Hubert stood trial for allegedly eviscerating 6-year-old Prince Joshua “PJ” Avitto and severely injuring 7-year-old Mikayla Capers in an East New York housing project in 2014.

From the bench, Del Giudice would slyly hold his hands up to his face, as though stroking his goatee in contemplation — but a blue light peeking out from his closed fist was a dead giveaway he was secretly using a vaporizer, photos show. Read More…
